It’s nice for the BIC Team to be able to support an entrepreneur during his various business developments and no more so than Joe Basketts who first moved into the previously BIC Managed Business Innovation Centre in Stafford in 2008.

Over the years we have been able to support Joe with the purchase of equipment; pay for consultancy advice; provide general business advice and networking opportunities through our varied Events. We were pleased recently to award the company with a New Product Development Grant to pay for market research and specialist advice.

“It’s no exaggeration to say that the BIC has transformed my businesses over the years. They helped me move into my first office and supported me immensely with both the formal and informal advice that they have always been happy to give. The most recent funding allowed us to drive our business to the next level by investing in the production of our new flagship training programmes for education technology leaders, helping them to improve their use of edtech and reduce their carbon footprint. I am extremely grateful for all the support that they have given me, which really has been fundamental to our growth”.
